Well, it is Friday and I am sooooo ready for the weekend. Sunny skies, fun projects and lots of baseball. Perfect!
First off, thanks to Gail, Karen , Courtney, Adrianne andPamela for featuring my projects this week! I appreciate the shout-outs.
I had planned on having a DIY tutorial ready for you today, but life happened and I wasn’t able to get it finished. Next week! ??
Since it is Friday, I wanted to share some inspiration for you to carry into the weekend.
Not just design inspiration, but we will start with that.
I love the muted colors of olive and black paired with light woods in this foyer. It is casual sophistication.
If you saw me post this on Facebook earlier in the week, you will know that this is now one of my favorite DIY light projects ever. It is a great knock off of Restoration Hardware’s version.
I also shared this on myFacebook page. The spices look great, but the bins are genius.
I had something similar planned but when I saw this, I didn’t need to think it through any longer.
This is the kind of inspiration I love and hate at the same time. Can it get any better?
I am pretty sure it is the equivalent of four fruit servings a day, aren’t you?!
If you know me, you know why I love this. If you don’t know me, check out my sidebar!

Finally, I don’t know how many of you have followed Eric LeGrand’s story, but he is one incredible person and I am now a fan of Tampa Bay’s. This is the best inspiration of the day.
Design. Dessert. Dogs.
Eric LeGrand.
Those are your inspirational picks for your fabulous Friday!
So as always… be inspired,

Turning lifetime passion into livelihood. It's about time! I'm Shari. I am a 40-something wife, mother, corporate professional turned design stylist, avid sports fan, and usually exhausted 24/7 keeping up with it all. I love my family, my home, my work...and the chaos that comes with it. I also happen to adore my beagle, Scout.

Those bins in the kitchen are so fabulous, I can't stop staring at them! I want them–oh and the spice racks, too! I'm off to check out your sidebar because I am a little lost.
