Parade Of Homes: ECLECTICALLY VINTAGE

It is the second day of my Parade of Homes and today we move up to the northeast to see how Kelly uses vintage in unique ways to transform her home into a masterpiece.

Hi Turnstyle Vogue fans!

I knew Shari was fabulous when I spotted her knockoff sun jars – which I then knocked off myself – yes, that’s a double knockoff!

I’m Kelly from Eclectically Vintage and I’m thrilled that Shari invited me to be part of her Parade of Homes week!

My dream came true when I bought a run down “crack house” (the hubs words!) and completely renovated it.

I got the old house feel with all the modern conveniences.

My favorite part of decorating is using unusual collections to make my home truly unique.

Here are some of my faves:

A Round Up of Globes atop an armoire.

Vintage Billiard Balls on my kitchen counter.

Green Thrift Shop Glass Collection in my foyer.

Loving Cups on my antique wallpaper pasting table.

Demijohns and an eclectic plate collection in my dining room.

Tarnished Silver Platters stored in a huge old wooden toolbox in my dining room.

Cloches, Silver & Shells give my kitchen some personality.

Need some unique art on a budget?

How about framing coloring book pages like I did in my dining room.

So here are just a few of my many collections

(I know, I have issues)!

I’d love you to pop over and check out all of My Collections and My House Tour which includes my favorite room – My Kitchen.

Thanks Shari for having me and here’s to having a unique home and starting a cool collection or two.

Come and visit me at Eclectically Vintage – and tell me about your favorite collection.

Thanks Kelly!  I’m always in awe of your finds and how well you implement them into your home.  Sometimes more is better – when it comes to creating fun collections.  Electically Vintage collections, that is.

And be sure to take her up on her invitation and click on over to her see her full house tour!

Be inspired,

  1. Thanks for letting me crash your fabulous blog today Shari!

  2. Love both you ladies, but I can’t go to a thrift store or garage sale and see a piece of green glass without thinking Kelly wants that. And I have to pin the tarnished trays. I have some doing nothing, and a spare tote that needs to hold something. Lastly, I have two globes I don’t know what to do with, I really have to stop channeling Kelly at sales.
