Three Spaces & Their Organization Tales

Good fall Friday morning!

As I mentioned yesterday,  Whisperwood Cottage is having an Organizing Solutions contest and it got me thinking about how much I need to get back to paying attention to my house.  I have been so busy in the shop with my furniture that I have neglected many things.  As many of you can relate, the work never ends and there needs to be more hours in the day.  Right now, for me, if it isn’t about my furniture, then it is about family activities which for right now, involves a lot of football. 

Priorities, ya know?

Anyway, I thought I’d look back on a few of my organizational (for lack of a better word) posts.  All three of these posts were very popular with Pinterest and emails. 

The Popsicle Stick Files was a tag-team operation between me and my little guy.  He was a little overwhelmed with getting our movies organized so this was our solution to give him a little help.

Got shelves?  If so, here is my contribution on how to style bookshelves . 

Finally, my linen closet got a much needed makeover.  Now, changing sheets on a bed is a kick.  

Not really, but at least I can quickly find the entire sheet set.   

I am happy to say that all three of these spaces have survived 2012 (so far) and still look the same! 

Now if I can just find some time to focus on other areas.  So much to do….

Yes, that buffet is waiting for its makeover, not to mention that kickoff is at 7:30 tomorrow night so I’d better get in the kitchen and start tailgate preparation. 

Like I said, priorities.
