How many of you will be heading out to get your Christmas tree as soon as those Thanksgiving leftovers are stowed away in the refrigerator and your checkbook is exhausted from Black Friday?
For us, the weekend of Thanksgiving means college football and Christmas Vacation so no tree for us quite yet.
As much as I love my Christmas trees, we have to do things in order around here. So the first weekend in December it is. Always has been.
Getting your tree early requires the motivation to keep it healthy so it is young-at-heart on Christmas morning.
And what kind of tree you get matters as well.
I am a creature of habit and our go-to tree is the Noble Fir. Last year, I gave you the ins and outs, pros and cons of the most common species of Christmas trees.
What is the best fit for you and where you live? Do you have a go-to favorite or do you switch it up?
Now, when it comes to caring for your tree, there areall kinds of methods, tips and how-to’s.
Do you have any other tree-care secrets that you want to share?
Finally, if once you get your tree, you start dreaming of a white Christmas, I give you a full tutorial on how to make, and apply, your own “snow.”
So, to wrap it all up…
