Good morning!
I guess since it is the second day of the new year, the slower pace of the last two weeks must come to an end.
Now that we are all back to busy daily routines, I thought I’d help out by sharing an easy recipe for you to throw in the crockpot.
I didn’t take any prep pictures, but it is so easy that you don’t need any.
They’d just be a distraction.
Added fluff.
Here is what ya gotta do…
Combine in the crockpot:
6 carrots, chopped
5 celery stalks, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 16 oz. cans of chicken broth
2 large cans Cream Of Chicken soup (Family Size)
2 TBLSP minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 or TBLSP hot sauce
1 TBLSP Worcestershire sauce
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into extra large bite-sized pieces)
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Cook on HIGH– about 6 hours. Just before serving, use your potato masher and mash around the soup to break up the chicken and vegetables, then add . of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. It can also be added in the individual servings if yours is a “house divided” when it comes to cheese.
Soooo GOOD!
Be inspired,

Turning lifetime passion into livelihood. It's about time! I'm Shari. I am a 40-something wife, mother, corporate professional turned design stylist, avid sports fan, and usually exhausted 24/7 keeping up with it all. I love my family, my home, my work...and the chaos that comes with it. I also happen to adore my beagle, Scout.

I love using my crock-pot and this sounds easy, yummy, super for supper.
Thanks for sharing this recipe. Going to try it for sure. Perfect after a day in the cold.
Cheers, from Oshawa Ontario.
